Every booking on GospelEarth passes through admin verification — protecting both seekers and ministers.
You browse profiles and submit a booking form with event details — date, location, and notes.
Our admin team is the first point of contact. Nothing reaches the pastor until we've reviewed it.
We confirm authenticity, scope, and fit. Inappropriate or unclear requests are returned for revision.
Once verified, the pastor receives the request through their dashboard — never via direct contact.
The pastor reviews the event and responds. You receive a notification with the decision.
Upon acceptance, the booking is added to your dashboard and final coordination details are shared.
